Practice Areas

How we can help

Specialist advice across six closely related areas of Saint Lucian corporate and property law.

Offshore Corporate Structuring

Advice on every part of offshore structures that use Saint Lucia International Business Companies and other entities. With our partner accounting and legal firms abroad, we advise on correct tax practice and help put support services in place so your offshore presence is robust and performs well.

Domestic Company Establishment

Saint Lucia's offshore sector allows domestic and offshore companies to work together, and we handle incorporation, management and annual filings for both. We also handle trade licence applications, work permits and external company (branch office) applications so foreign entities and individuals can operate legally in Saint Lucia.

Saint Lucia Property Acquisition

Complete support for buying or selling commercial and private real estate in Saint Lucia:

  • Searches and title reviews
  • Drafting agreements for sale and conveyance documents
  • Advising on and structuring options that reduce costs for purchasers and vendors
  • Obtaining government clearances and approvals
  • Escrow and power of attorney services for overseas clients

Economic Citizenship & Residency

Guidance for individuals and families applying under Saint Lucia's Citizenship by Investment Programme, established by the Citizenship by Investment Act (No. 14 of 2015), and on rights of residency and establishment in Saint Lucia.

Corporate Governance Advice

Drawing on long experience with corporate clients, we advise on corporate restructuring, putting in place or reworking the mechanisms, processes and relationships through which a company is directed and controlled. The aim is a sound internal governance framework that divides rights and responsibilities correctly within a corporate structure.

Contract & Security Document Review

As Saint Lucia's standing as an offshore jurisdiction grows, lenders, borrowers and contracting parties increasingly need to know that their structures and agreements comply with Saint Lucian law. We review, advise and give opinions on contract and security documents, procedures and requirements so they can be executed and, where needed, registered successfully.

“Every client receives my personal service backed by proven results.”
